Located in the heart of Florida, Sawmill is definitely one of the most popular gay campgrounds in the USA. Sawmill warmly welcomes visitors year round from all parts of the USA and Canada. Sawmill recently announced that they are America’s FIRST Gay Community and America’s first Gay Co-Op. With a population 50,000 you can invest and purchase a share.

Sawmill is private membership, gay and lesbian campground, and is located in Dade City, just one hour east of Tampa and one hour west of Orlando. Patrons camp along the winding Withlacoochee River with towering old cypress trees and enjoy nature in a peaceful setting. Sawmill offers over 120 acres of nature trails, RV sites with full hook up, tent sites and a large variety of cabins. Other amenties include a clothing optional heated pool, and Lucy's General Store.

Sawmill also hosts numerous theme weekends and events, which are usually quite busy and lots of fun. Splash Poolside Bar & Grille offers food & cocktails (eat-in & take-out) and is a free WI~FI Zone. Woody's Bar in the Courtyard offers dancing and has activities seven days a week. Woody's also has an adjacent levi, leather & bear bar, called "The Blade". The Outpost & Tannery & Paragon Leather Store is open on weekends.
